Gift Culture (“we”, “us”) operates giftcultures.com, an online gifting service that lets customers anywhere in the world order cakes, mithai, flowers, chocolates and hampers for delivery to recipients across Pakistan.

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized and you receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp. You're responsible for making sure the recipient's name, address, phone number and delivery date are accurate — incorrect details are the single biggest cause of delivery delays.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example where an item is unexpectedly unavailable, a delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

Prices are shown in your selected currency for convenience, but all orders are ultimately processed and fulfilled in Pakistan. Displayed prices include the cost of the product and standard delivery unless stated otherwise; any applicable taxes or delivery surcharges (e.g. for remote areas or same-day slots) are shown at checkout before you pay.

We aim to deliver within the date and time window you select at checkout, and we photograph every order at the moment of handover as proof of delivery. Same-day delivery is available in select cities and depends on the order being placed before the applicable daily cutoff.

If the recipient or an authorized person isn't available at the address provided, our rider will attempt to contact the recipient directly and may reschedule delivery or leave the item with a neighbor, guard or reception desk at a residential/office building, at their reasonable discretion.

You can cancel or change an order free of charge any time before it enters preparation — typically up to a few hours before the scheduled delivery slot, shown on your order confirmation. Once preparation has started (the cake is baked, the hamper assembled, etc.), we may not be able to cancel or substantially change it. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to use Gift Culture to place fraudulent orders, submit false payment details, scrape or copy our catalog or pricing for commercial use, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the site.

All content on this site — including the Gift Culture name, logo, photography, and product descriptions — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

We aim to make every order arrive exactly as intended, and we back that with our delivery guarantee. Beyond a refund or reorder as set out in our Refund Policy, we're not liable for indirect losses (for example, disappointment over a missed occasion) arising from delivery issues outside our reasonable control, such as an incorrect address supplied at checkout or events beyond our control (severe weather, strikes, road closures).

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Gift Culture after an update means you accept the revised terms.
